THE WHOLE BODY CRYOTHERAPY SESSION:
Whole body cryotherapy (CCE) is a tool using cold therapy for therapeutic purposes. The process is based on series of exposures of the whole body in an airtight chamber at very low temperatures (dry cold ) over a period of 3 to 4 minutes.
