DESCRIPTIONS OF THE SERVICES OFFERED:
The website www.dijonrunningtour.com offers accompanied running sessions in Dijon and on several other sites in the form of discovery circuits of tourist places or supervised sports circuits. Options may be offered.
RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS:
To access the services of Dijon Running Tours it is necessary to make a reservation request.
This request can be made by filling out the tour reservation form on the website www. dijonrunningtour.com
If the tour is available, two methods of payment are accepted: payment by credit card online when booking or in cash at the meeting place provided before the start of the tour.
The reservation is only finalized once the payment method has been chosen.
You will then receive an e-mail confirmation of your reservation with the instructions to follow.
For cash payments, if you are unable to pay at the time of the appointment, the reservation is canceled.
TOWERS :
Dijon Running Tours reserves the right to modify the route of a tour in situations which may disturb, or even render dangerous, its progress (works, events, road closings, weather problems, etc.) but undertakes as far as possible to notify its customers before starting the tour. For these reasons, no refund, even partial, will be granted for a tour that has been modified.
The duration of the tour is fixed for information only. It may not fall within the expected range. It varies according to the speed of the group, the frequency of stops and their desired duration.
Dijon Running Tour asks you to respect the departure times for the smooth running of the tour. Beyond 15 minutes late from the scheduled meeting time Dijon Running Tour must cancel the service without possible refund.
The tours allow you to pass near sites but do not include their paid or non-paying visit (museums, churches, shops, etc.).
THE OPTIONS :
Dijon Running Tours offers 2 options: "WINE TASTINGS" and "MONTEE DE LA TOUR PHILIPPE LE BON.
These two services are negotiated and paid for by Dijon Running Tour from providers who offer them.
Dijon Running Tour is released from all responsibility for what may occur during these two services (accident, theft, drunkenness, etc.) As such Dijon Running Tour appeals against the responsibility of each of the participants.
In the event of cancellation by the service provider or Dijon Running Tour, we will reimburse the full amount of the option. In case of cancellation by the participants, no refund will be possible.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS:
Any cancellation or request for modification of the customer's timetable must be notified at the latest 24 hours before the tour departure time. Reimbursement will not be possible in case of cancellation within 24 hours of the start time of the tour.
If the client's request for cancellation or modification meets the deadlines, Dijon Running Tour will reimburse the entire reservation or, at the client's request, will propose a new date subject to availability.
The reimbursement granted is made using the same method used for payment of the tour.
In the event of force majeure preventing the tour from being carried out in complete safety (storm, heavy rain, ice, riots, etc.) Dijon Running Tours may decide to cancel the circuit reserved at the last moment.
In this case, if no solution is found to postpone the circuit, Dijon Running Tours will reimburse the customer.
RESPONSIBILITY AND HEALTH OF PARTICIPANTS:
Dijon Running Tour excludes the participation of unaccompanied minors in one of its tours. Minors remain under the responsibility of the adult accompanying them during the tour.
Dijon Running Tour declines any responsibility in the event of an accident occurring before, during, and after the tour carried out by the participant.
Participants must check that their civil liability or any other personal insurance covers the activity we offer them.
Dijon Running Tour is not responsible for the loss, theft or damage to your personal property before, during or after a tour. Your guide may suggest that you carry some of your personal belongings in his bag. If you accept it, you do so at your own risk.
Participants are responsible for their own safety before, during and after a tour. Dijon Running Tour cannot be held responsible for accidents occurring before, during or after a tour.
For the "Grands Crus Tasting" option, we recommend that you limit yourself to the quantities provided by the service provider and that one of the participants can drive without having drunk. Alcohol is dangerous for health.
Dijon Running Tours reserves the right to refuse access to a participant in a tour if their state of health seems suspect.
Dijon Running Tours strongly recommends that its clients consult a doctor to check their fitness for running before performing a tour with us.
By booking, the customer ensures that he is in good health, aware of his physical limits and undertakes not to exceed them. If there is a problem, he will notify his guide as soon as possible.
BEHAVIOR OF PARTICIPANTS AND COMPLIANCE WITH THE RULES:
Dijon Running Tours reserves the right to refuse access to a participant in a tour if he exhibits offensive behavior or represents a risk to the safety of the guide, other participants or any other person encountered during the tour.
Participants must follow the instructions of their guide, respect the highway code in front of other users on public roads (respect for traffic lights, stops, priorities ...) and take into account possible natural dangers during trail circuits or plogging.

DESTRUCTION OF PERSONAL DATA:
The data is kept in order to be able to exchange with customers. They are destroyed after 3 years without any contact.
A Dijon Running Tour customer can request the deletion of their personal data from the Dijon Running Tour archives at any time by making the request by email to dijonrunningtour@gmail.com who will then delete the data completely.

Unless written and explicit request prior to the activity, the participants in the tours organized by Dijon Running Tour authorize in fact and free of charge the representatives of Dijon Running Tour to:
- film / and or record as part of the tour in which they participate.
- edit, reproduce and publish these images / recordings on the site www.dijonrunningtour.com as well as on the various social networks where the Dijon Running Tour is present (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter ...) or any media whatsoever in communication within the Dijon Running Tour company.
